Reverend McCutchen is known for his favorite saying "It's Safe To Go With God!”
“Dale Carnegie said “Every day is a new life to the wise man.” This quote lives in my
mind as I seek more community and association. It is the thing that encourages me to
go after the opportunity to become a Mason. I was moved by history, the present is
vibrant because of it and the future will be brighter as I continue to make more. My
uncle James and most of all the most influential men in life were Masons. I want to be a Mason!”
“When I was in search of a lodge I wanted a lodge that I knew I could offer myself
and talents. I longed for a body of brothers I would have something in common with
and who had something for me to gain. Carey Wheaton Lodge #307 after research
and knowledge through conversation became that and more. The first worshipful
master was the former Pastor of one of my family churches and then I learned there
was another connection to my home church. I thought I had the right one. When I
met the brothers, I knew for sure that I was at home. I just was praying they’d know it too. “
